As a senior visual communication designer, Tia works to develop strong relationships with clients and create effective visual solutions for their business needs.

She understands that one of the keys to building meaningful partnerships with clients is investing in practical processes internally. Tia is committed to supporting the team in implementing and utilizing efficient working methods that allow them to spend more time being creative and curious.

Tia obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ball State University and has a background in marketing design and photo art direction in the retail space. Before joining Studio Science in 2019, she worked for companies like Vera Bradley and Frontage, partnering with merchandisers, developers, social media managers, and company leaders to craft purposeful and compelling experiences for customers in the digital space.

Outside of business hours, Tia is a champion for public transit, local coffee, and animal welfare. She can often be found biking to her neighborhood farmer’s market or out on long walks with her rescue pup, Tuck.
