Lou serves as account executive, where he focuses on identifying new opportunities and creating lasting relationships with prospects ad clients. In his role, Lou leads through listening and turns business challenges into new opportunities with increased value. Lou takes the time to understand clients’ and prospects’ needs and shares his deep understanding of industry trends to provide service recommendations that solve specific business challenges and delivers the results businesses need.

Before joining Studio Science, Lou worked for Capgemini, Mastek, and Aurea Software where he developed new business and added multiple enterprise-level clients needing digital transformation services.

Lou is a born and raised Hoosier and come from a family of five. As a proud graduate of Cathedral High School and University of Dayton, Lou finds daily motivation by striving to be a better version of himself, impacting others by doing good, and providing for his family and loved ones.

For Lou, failure and disappointment are not an option, but rather another lesson learned.

When Lou is not busy helping prospects and clients, you’ll find him hanging out with friends and family, playing golf, enjoying sunny days on the lake and traveling.
