As the Director of Creative Operations, Alexandra oversees all project and creative resource management. She is responsible for establishing operational efficiencies and streamlining our workflow to ensure our clients are getting the best design work from our team and we are utilizing our talent to their fullest capabilities. By cultivating and nurturing genuine relationships with clients and colleagues with open and honest communication, she is able to support collaborative problem solving for our clients.
Before joining Studio Science in 2018, Alexandra spent four years building out the project management organization and managing the client services operations efforts at SmarterHQ, a behavioral marketing platform focused on personalizing visitor interactions. There, she worked closely with retail brands such as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Lord & Taylor, Sam’s Club, Finish Line, and Eddie Bauer.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Science degree in fashion merchandising and home products development from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. During her time in Manhattan, she worked for Jonathan Adler, where she fell in love with interior design. After four years in Manhattan, she moved to Los Angeles where she worked in management and merchandising for Nordstrom and Jimmy Choo, as well as in costume design for movies & television.
When Alexandra isn’t helping clients or the studio grow, you’ll find her pursuing her project management professional certification, traveling, redecorating her house, cooking and baking for friends and family, and spending time with her sweet pup Kevin.
