As the Director of Client Experience, Alexandra drives Studio Science’s commitment to providing world-class client service. She leads the Client Experience managers to focus on our client’s goals and perspectives, and be in touch with their needs to ultimately drive success for their business.
The Client Experience team also ensures that projects are planned, resourced, and prioritized properly throughout our cross-organizational teams, and that we’re utilizing our talent to their fullest capabilities.
Before joining the Studio Science team, Alexandra spent four years building out the project management organization and managing the Client Services Operations efforts at SmarterHQ, a behavioral marketing platform focused on personalizing visitor interactions. She has worked closely with retail brands such as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Lord & Taylor, Sam’s Club, Finish Line, Eddie Bauer, and Expedia.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. During her time in Manhattan, she worked for Jonathan Adler, where she fell in love with interior design. After four years in Manhattan, she moved to Los Angeles where she worked in management and merchandising for Nordstrom and Jimmy Choo, as well as in Costume Design for movies & television.
She now lives in the Cottage Home neighborhood, just east of downtown. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Kevin, tending to the community garden, cooking, practicing yoga, and traveling around the world.
