1A customer asks an AI agent (like Claude) to reorder products, find alternatives, or change quantities.

2The agent queries your Salesforce Commerce instance directly to retrieve product options.

3Once the customer confirms, the agent completes the transaction securely using a tokenized Stripe payment intent.

4The token is destroyed after use to prevent reuse, and the remaining balance is returned to the customer's account.
