Nicole Nicoloff leads Client Strategy and Growth at Studio Science. As the customer engagement evangelist, she is dedicated to understanding the needs of each client and helping them solve the unique challenges each business faces.
Nicole has more than 25 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of systems, processes, and organizational infrastructures across diverse industries, including health care, aviation, sports, entertainment, life sciences, biotech, and communication services.
Prior to Studio Science, Nicole served as an industry expert leading healthcare organizations through human-centered design transformations with a focus on the customer experience journey. She served as the Vice President for Market Strategy and Innovation at BerylHealth and helped lead the company to a 100M acquisition by Stericycle in the healthcare and communication sectors.
Over the course of 25 years, she has also held leadership roles for Community Health Network, Serving as the Network Director of the Patient Experience, in NASCAR as the Vice President of Marketing for Andretti-Laird Racing, and Marketing Director at a global pharmaceutical and biotech company. Her humble beginnings started at Southwest Airlines as a culture enthusiast and apprentice under Herb Kelleher.
For years, enterprise and technology organizations have relied on Nicole’s unique blend of creativity and analytical skills with B2B and B2C customers to lead them through strategic planning, marketing, product innovation, customer and employee experience transformation.
Nicole attended Marian University School of Nursing and is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications. Nicole has been recognized for innovative concepts toward changing organizational cultures by The American Society for Human Resource Association and received Innovation awards from The Indiana Association for Business Communication.
