Carolina is a Visual Communication Designer at Studio Science. She supports the team by bringing her strategic approach to design, and working with clients to meet goals across various platforms including but not limited to digital, interactive, and print. As a curious and driven creator, she works to approach problems inclusively and equitably and finds design solutions to deliver better experiences.
With a career of 7+ years in the field of design, Carolina brings experience working in different design disciplines such as publication design, branding and strategy, art direction, environmental and event design, as well as packaging and merchandise design. She has worked as a freelancer, in agency marketing, and with both non-profit and for-profit companies. Her career path has led to work alongside clients such as Girl Scouts, Brown-Forman, St. Jude’s, Sika USA, and many small businesses and initiatives.
Carolina graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication & Design. As an immigrant, and having lived in various cities, she prides herself in her expansive worldview.
While there are many things Carolina enjoys about design and helping clients solve complex problems, her passion lies where strategy meets purpose. She has an affinity for people and believes that understanding the consumer is the most valuable asset.
