How The Experience Lab Works

  1. The Experience Lab is a 1-2-hour working session where our team helps you maximize your investments through our proven discovery methodology. Throughout our time, we will be able to assess your current-state experiences, uncover opportunities, and identify holistic solutions. 

  2. Through our de-siloed process review, we leverage a number of activities to dive into the heart of your CX efforts, opportunities, and challenges. These activities include: value-stream mapping, journey and data audit, innovative white-board analysis, and rapid knowledge transfer.

  3. Along with your executive team leaving the workshop better aligned across departments, we will provide you with mockups, actionable insights, and personalized recommendations on how to move forward with critical next steps.
