Studio Science is seeking a self-motivated Marketing professional to join one of the fastest growing design and innovation agencies in the Midwest.

This is a newly created role designed to accelerate the firm’s recent growth, and we invite applications from individuals who have experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Demand Generation, in a professional services environment.

 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A revenue-minded Marketer
  • Proficient with Google Adwords, and the Google Ad Network
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Advertising
  • An expert in running demand generation campaigns
  • Familiar working with KPIs that revolve around pipeline generation
  • Comfortable working with a small team, often times alone
  • Experienced in partnering with and managing external contractors
  • A hands-on team player

 

You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales team to coordinate and deploy campaigns to acquire leads at the top of the funnel and drive them through to the funnel to the sales team.

You’ll be constantly optimizing our digital lead acquisition strategy and nurturing activities, researching and developing new market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Studio Science established 2020 Brand Strategy consistently articulating the Studio Science position and messaging, and executing through all associated marketing assets
  • Work alongside the sales team to identify, strategize, and successfully attract appropriate prospective businesses
  • Establish a Digital Marketing / Digital Demand generation plan that aims to increase Marketing Sourced Pipeline and Marketing Generated Revenue which incorporates paid advertising on the Google Ad Network, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns, and personalizing campaigns aimed at securing target accounts
  • Optimizing the digital lead acquisition strategy and nurturing activities, researching and developing new market segments
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Responsible for all outbound lead generation to drive marketing sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Establish a strategic content plan, and social media plan, which promotes Studio Science to the agreed upon target audiences
  • Maintain and manage the Studio Science website to ensure its effectiveness in qualifying prospective clients and converting visitors

Requirements

  • Experience planning, owning and achieving defined pipeline and/or revenue targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Proficient with Google Adwords, and the Google Ad Network
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Advertising
  • An expert in running demand generation campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of continual feedback; able to address stressful situations with poise, understanding and tact
  • Experience interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
  • Represent Studio Science at external functions and events
  • Experience in the Professional Services sector is preferred
